I’ve used real estate agents to sell properties in the past but Kim blew me away with her exceptional, expert service. Kim helped identify what improvements our house needed to sell for our asking price and (here’s what differentiates her) she sourced the materials, labor and did project management for everything. No job was too small or unimportant, she did anything that needed to be done to our house.
